Copyright and DMCA Policy

Mogable respects copyright and responds to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws elsewhere.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to our designated agent at copyright@mogable.com with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
3. The URL or scene ID of the material, with enough detail for us to find it.
4. Your contact details.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same details plus your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for your address. We restore content after 10 business days unless the complainant tells us they have filed a lawsuit.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

Our DMCA agent will be registered with the US Copyright Office before launch.
