Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Mogable safe and fun, you may not use it to create, request or share:

• Sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report it to the authorities.
• Sexually explicit content, or content that sexualizes real people.
• Harassment, threats, or hateful content aimed at people for who they are.
• Content that impersonates a real person or imitates a living artist's voice or identity without permission.
• Lyrics, melodies or other material you do not have the right to use.
• Defamation, or false content presented as real news or real events.
• Instructions or encouragement for violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Spam, scams, malware, or attempts to deceive people.

You also may not:

• Probe, scan or attack the Service except through our security disclosure process.
• Bypass rate limits, credit checks or sandboxing, or share accounts or API keys to evade limits.
• Use the Service to build a competing model by mass extraction of outputs.

We review reports at abuse@mogable.com. We may remove content, refuse generations, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
