Privacy Policy
1. Summary
We collect what we need to run Mogable, we do not sell personal data, and you can export or delete your data at any time. Contact: privacy@mogable.com.
2. What we collect
- Early-access list: your email address, the idea you typed, your language, the theme and narrator setting you used, and the page that referred you.
- Account: your name, email address and a stable identifier from Google or Apple. We never see your password.
- Content: prompts, lyrics, generated songs, scenes, versions and exports.
- Billing: plan, credit history and payment status. Card details stay with Stripe.
- Technical: IP address, device and browser details, and security logs, kept for up to 90 days unless needed to investigate abuse.
- On this website: your theme, language, narrator settings, endings and achievements are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
3. Why we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, send the emails you asked for, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We rely on contract, legitimate interests and, where required, your consent.
4. Who processes it for us
Amazon Web Services (hosting), Cloudflare (media storage and delivery), Stripe (payments), Google and Apple (sign-in), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI planning and code generation), ElevenLabs and our music provider (audio generation). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. Some process data in the United States.
5. Data from your Google account
When you sign in with Google, we request only the openid, email and profile
scopes. Google then shares your name, email address, profile picture and a stable account identifier with us.
- We use this data only to create your Mogable account, sign you in, and show your name and picture to you.
- We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we share it only with the processors listed above when they are needed to run the Service.
- We cannot read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
- You can disconnect Mogable at any time in your Google Account's security settings, and have this data deleted by writing to privacy@mogable.com.
Mogable's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD, you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to some processing, and complain to your data-protection authority. Write to privacy@mogable.com; we answer within 30 days.
7. Retention
Early-access entries are kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except records we must keep by law.
8. Children
Mogable is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
