Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Mogable ("Mogable", "we", "us") operates mogable.com, the Mogable studio and the Mogable API (together, the "Service"). Contact: legal@mogable.com.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a third-party identity provider such as Google or Apple. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, and old enough to agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity on your account and must keep your devices and sessions secure.
3. What you create
- You keep any rights you have in the prompts, lyrics and other material you provide ("Input"). You confirm you have the rights needed to provide it.
- Songs, animations and videos the Service generates for you ("Output") are yours to use as described in your plan. Paid plans include commercial use. Some Output is produced by third-party music and voice providers, and their terms may add conditions; we will list them in your plan details.
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, render and display your Input and Output so we can run the Service for you, and to show public scenes you choose to share.
- Generated Output may resemble output generated for other people. We cannot guarantee uniqueness.
4. Credits, plans and payments
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the billing portal.
- Credits are a prepaid allowance with no cash value. Each job shows its credit price before it runs. Credits for jobs that fail are returned automatically.
- Unused monthly credits roll over once. Purchased top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, remove or stop generating content that breaks it, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
6. The API
API keys are confidential. You are responsible for requests made with your keys and for keeping within rate limits. Test keys are for development only.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is offered "as is" during early access. Features, models and providers may change. We will give notice of material changes to these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Mogable is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless your local law requires otherwise.
